Conditions of membership

The conditions of membership in the CPLA are stipulated in the corporation’s by-laws as follows:

Membership in the Corporation shall be limited to persons, partnerships or corporations that:

• agree to abide by the by-laws of the Corporation and the Code of Best Business Practices adopted by the Corporation from time to time; and
• shall consist of anyone whose application for admission as a member has received the approval of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
