Payday Loan Regulations Set

Regulations have now been set under new payday loan legislation brought in by the Manitoba government. The Province's Director of the Consumers Bureau Nancy Anderson tells CJOB, the level was set after 23-days of public hearings:

Anderson says fees for service must be included in the 17-percent. The measures still need the approval of the Federal government.
